All prices listed relate to Intelligent Verbatim transcription; the transcript will read easily and clearly, but false starts, repeated words, etc, will be omitted.
Please Note:
- Verbatim transcription, which includes all words heard, such as stutters, filler words and slang such as ‘gonna’, ‘wanna’, etc, is available at an additional 35 pence per minute.
- Redacted transcription is available at a cost of £3 per file up to nine voices, £4 per file for redacting 10 voices or more.
- Turnaround times do not include weekends or public holidays, but may be arranged on request.
- Prices and turnaround times are subject to recordings being of a professional quality, with no background noise and without strong foreign or regional accents. Additional charges may be applied if this is the case, agreed in advance.

- The document will be edited using the Track Changes feature in Microsoft Word, text markup and commenting tools in Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF editor, or using BSI standard proofreading marks on paper, whichever is preferred. These allow for all corrections to be viewed easily.
- We supply two separate electronic versions of your document; one clean copy which will be ready to use, one corrected version showing all changes made.
